1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing y999game, creating a player account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and y999game.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the y999game platform, create an account or make any deposits. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility

To register and play on y999game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. y999game does not accept players under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial arrangement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of y999game or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this type is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to verify your own legal position before playing.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from y999game.

y999game reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory verification is not provided, the account may be suspended pending review.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates of an existing account will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, a valid email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

• Your chosen username and password must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact y999game support immediately.
• y999game may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documents before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport or other government-issued identification.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits on y999game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast — interbank instant payment transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any major Pakistani bank
• Debit / Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Mobile Wallets — other supported digital wallets as listed on the deposit page

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100, though this may vary depending on the payment method selected. y999game does not charge any deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are entirely outside our control.

Deposits are credited to your y999game PKR wallet as soon as payment confirmation is received from your payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. Deposits that remain unconfirmed after 30 minutes should be reported to the support team with your transaction reference.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your y999game account at any time, subject to the conditions below. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before your first withdrawal is approved, your identity must be verified. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID. This is a standard KYC procedure and applies to all players.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed on the same business day the request is submitted, provided it is received before the daily cut-off time.
• Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals are generally processed within one business day.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or public holidays in Pakistan may take an additional business day to process.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

y999game reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms. In such cases, processing may be delayed until the review is complete.

6Bonuses & Promotions

y999game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general rules set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement attached to the bonus has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Each bonus offer will state a clear expiry date or time limit. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been used by the expiry time will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — will have all bonuses removed and may have their account suspended.
• y999game reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms where reasonably possible.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on y999game are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, as well as the general betting rules below.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect odds display, y999game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• For sports betting: if an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned without a result being reached, bets will be voided and stakes returned — unless specific rules for the relevant sport state otherwise.
• For cricket and PSL betting: matches that do not complete the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result under the relevant competition rules will generally be voided unless a Duckworth-Lewis result has been declared.
• For Fish Games and Bingo: game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Results are final once confirmed by the game server and cannot be disputed on the basis of expected probability.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and may vary by game, market or player account tier. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing a bet.

y999game reserves the right to limit the bet size available to any individual player account at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest matched betting, arbitrage or other activity that is inconsistent with recreational play.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on y999game. Engaging in any of them constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Underage play: Registering or playing if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, account duplication or any other systematic method not consistent with recreational play.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any other automated software to interact with y999game games or betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or multiplayer fish game rooms.
• Money laundering: Using y999game to deposit, circulate or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Impersonation: Creating an account using another person's identity or documents.
• Interference with platform systems: Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with y999game's software, servers or security systems.

9Account Suspension & Closure

y999game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used in a way that poses a financial or reputational risk to y999game.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and not made available for withdrawal until the review is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements being met.

10Privacy & Data

By creating an account on y999game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, y999game reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. No further compensation will be provided.
• y999game's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

13Changes to These Terms

y999game reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, y999game will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
